Why is prewriting your script cheating? I'm sure there are lots of comic artists who participate already have their scripts written to help save time for the art. I understand that it can take a long time to draw a page and if you are doing 24 in a day that means one an hour.

Heck I wouldn't be surprised if some of them even had some rough sketches going into it - you know like the storyboards before a movie is filmed.
