You are right. (And I've updated the post to reflect that.) However, Dave Howe, president of the Sci Fi Channel, is the one who said, "more [...] human-friendly brand." THAT, I have a problem with. I think I find it more insulting than the "geeks and blah-blah-misinformed-stereotype-blah". The indication that people that like the Sci-Fi genre are less than human.
Yeah, that WTF is missing a lot of the circulation.
