Well...if they want a loli-tea I think it might be a little too pre-mature for that. Considering what I saw at Conji last year, there wasn't a huge turnout of lolitas. On top of that, my friend who was in artist alley, selling lolita things didn't do too well on business. I think it might be better to do this in 2 phases:

This year: Lolita panel
Next year: Lolita tea

This will allow those who actually attended the session to be inspired by the panel to actually go out and get some lolita garb in that time.
