Right now, I'm wondering if I need to report my card as fucking stolen. They won't tell me jack shit. I asked to place an order, they tell me how much & ask for my card info. I give it. I forgot to send the seperate billing address. I contact them over 24 hours after sending them my info and find out they were having trouble because they didn't have the right billing address. I send them billing address. That was SATURDAY. I have not heard ONE FUCKING THING from them since! I sent another e-mail to find out what was going on, it goes like this:
Hi.

I sent you the last(?) of my information on Saturday 8/21 for an order.
Can I get any form of confirmation with the order or an update on what is going on?
I understand there was a problem at first, but I find it very disconcerting that I have had to initiate contact to find out what's going on when you have my credit card information.

If there's a problem, they should contact me. I should not have to contact them like this. ESPECIALLY NOT TWICE!!!
