Fans of manga who own an iPhone or iPod Touch can now get easy access to their beloved Japanese comic book stories. Manga Rock 1.0 gives users the chance to read their favorite manga stories wherever they want to using their mobile device.
Released by Not A Basement Studio, the app lets fans to choose from over 900 different titles available at Onemanga.com, these can be read online or downloaded to enjoy at a later time. The stories can be viewed in landscape or portrait mode, with Zoom and Skim, and Screen lock.
Users can keep a track of their reading history by creating their own personal manga library that has organizing tools such as Recent and favorites. Manga fans can share their experience by telling friends what they have been reading via email and Facebook from within the app itself.
Manga Rock 1.0 is on the App Store as a free download with an in-app purchase of $1.99. iPhone/iPod Touch required with OS 3.0 or later.
