For the record: "Buck the tiger" is an old saying, it isnt a sexual reference. The statement simply means that one is running purely on luck. It came from the card game Faro. Where, in its history, it is believe that it came from early card backs that featured a drawing of a Bengal tiger. There have also been suggestions that it is a reference to painting of the tiger on the outside of faro cases used during the Civil War. But none of these are justified, and Ive never seen a faro case with a tiger or cards from that era with them.
