who has had to deal with three woman leeches. I agree with both quotes completely. Love, though it has been a blessing(as it is currently, mostly) is mostly a curse.

maybe that's part of the reason i'm not too keen on dating. falling in love makes things complicated, and i sorta don't wanna go through them.

Oh love is wonderful when it's returned. But when not, it's a rather heart-wrenching thing. Love is a rather dangerous thing. You can go into it with the best intentions and end up doing the greatest possible damage. Love is not such a wonderful device. Not always.
