Well. Asked Matt if he would like to go out on a date sometime. He's not interested. It's odd I guess. I'm not happy that it didn't go the way I hoped, but I'm not particularly upset either... I'm content that I took the risk and said something that was in my mind. I'm glad he was straightforward to me in response. Now my only concern, I hope thast our friendship isn't all screwed up because of a selfish action on my part. Most important to me right now, is that he is my friend, and I want that to remain.

Ashley and I watched Dead Poets Society. Very good movie. Not everything works out Disney perfect, I like that a lot. I also love the lighting in the shot of ... that one guy ... when he's wearing the wreath and looking out the window into the snow in his big scene. You'll know what I mean when you watch the movie. I just loved that shot, very effective.

My throats sore as hell, so my voice is pretty scratchy, well not scratchy, but it fades in and out and I'm having a fever that comes and goes. Ah well. Too bed with me.

New character design for LotF. Please look at it here. Ideas for colors or names much appreciated. Mostly loking for color ideas.

Yay for taking a risk! Too bad it didn't go the way you wanted, but I'm glad you're taking it well. Also, sorry you still feel awful. Bed's the best thing for me, so sleep it off!

*laughs* None of those seem quite fitting, but as I said, I'm looking moreso for colors. I'll probably choose the name myself. Not an elf, but not human either.

Hm, never really thought about asking a friend out before, I can't see how it would ruin a relationship, just as long as you don't try and pull any moves on him, I'd say your good. ^_^ From what I gather, you don't have much to worry about with your friendship, but I do hope it goes well.

By the way, I like zeh new character, her hair style reminds me of how I am planning Luna's hair to be in my comic, DreamWalker. ^_^ But the character design is really neat.

The new character reminds me a lot of Kazuki of the Strings from GetBackers (Dakkanaya), except for the short hair.

Mmm. Yeah. His shirt is modeled after kazuki, but the rest was already planned out (body-type, general look, etc) before I saw any of getbackers. I had planned everything, save exactly how the outfit would look, then saw Kazuki, and the shirt worked too well. He does work with string, but in a very different way, not as a weapon, well not exactly.

Hmmm, as for ideas for names, any specific affiliation with weapons besides string? Give me a little input as what his personality is like and I can probably make a few Japanese names or I could even talk to my sensei and see what he says.

Okay, a few ideas for names:

Omoi: (Pronounced Ohmoe) which can mean any of the following - (thought; mind; heart; feelings; emotion; sentiment; love; affection; desire; wish; hope; expectation; imagination; experience;)

Janen: (Jyanin) which means - wicked mind

Anshin: (Anshin) which means - relief; peace of mind;

Kyouri - one's mind

one of my favorites which probably fits him the most is...
Shinki - the elements; mind; spirit; divinity

also
Seiki - mind (and spirit); life energy; vitality

seishin - mind; soul; heart; spirit; intention

I can't find many more than this though.
