I need to loose weight. I'm at least 2 inches too wide. Geh... How did I not realize I got this fat...
Sit ups at least, not sure what to do, never actually dieted of my own accord before. Ought to look up stuff I guess.

Gotta call Lakeside about the bench, get a shower, make a list of stuff I want Mom to bring, read an article for class, re-color the ADVinAU that the program crashed on yesterday, go to class, go to the SGA President's meeting, dry and hang load of clothes & towels from yesterday...

I think that covers what HAS to be done today.

Sit-ups will help firm up the belly muscles, but you really need to do cardiovascular exercises, like aerobics, running, karate, something that gets your blood pumping (but not stress related). Like running around walmart with a chewbaca chibi ;)

I'm not a nutritionalist or anything but I know what to eat and what not to eat, and tend to stick with healthy/healthy-ish stuff. I can help if you want.

I also have this book called The South Beach Diet that I can dig up. It really makes sense and my stepmom lost 10 pounds or so on it.

And if you wanted to run/walk/something in the mornings and could wake me up I'd do it with you. ^^ And of course there's the AU gym..
