So umm. Art block sucks.

But late last week, I posted my review of the movie DragonBall: Evolution. secondlina responded with her own, and we commented back and forth a little, and I now have a few short comics/illustrations in my head that I'll be trying to get out (yes, they're DBE & DBZ related). Many thanks to secondlina for getting me drawing again.

Just having secondlina mock me a little. Because I probably deserve it. My inner DBZ geek is out in full force thanks to the movie, and I'm loving it. (I love my cheesy SUPER SAIYANS and GREAT SAIYAMAN goodness.)


I swear to god this is supposed to be funny, I just fail at being funny sometimes.


And because he got cut out of the movie, and you know he would've been AWESOME and rocking the BLING. Because his house was a humungor mansion.

The capsule was fun to draw. (Details WHUT?) Oh yes. Trying to figure out how to movie-ize Ox King was hard, but his bling was easy to invent.

I think you nailed the ox king. This is basically what I imagined him to be. a little pimp, a little rapper made good, a little italian mafia boss from the 80's. Perfect!

Seeing the way you drew my character amused me. I actually have a shirt that exact style and color! Freaky!

Oooohhh shiny. More capsule humor! I might do some jokes on my (imaginary) failed attempts at creating the Capsule-Cycle. *evil grin*

Haha, really? Wow. The color's a surprise. The shirt-- you've actually drawn and posted yourself as wearing before (the "...aaaaand?"). At least, that's what I based that on. (Psychic powers only at half strength today.)
