Secret Santa 2010

For those that frequent both communities, you may have noticed that the 2010 Princess Tutu Secret Santa event just got rolling.
Due to work and etc, I'm not going to have time to do this for theslayers this year. Heck, Asatira is having to do most of it for PTT this year.. Someone else will have to take it up.

Edit:
I know a couple of the mods are on my FL. Because you guys are awesome and inexplicably put up with me. It seems weird to post to the comm with nothing but an I can't do it this year... I don't even have some Slayers art hanging around to buffer with. But if anyone asks about it and is willing to do it instead, I can send all my stuff from last year along.

Thanks. I'll be happy to give my data/etc to anyone wanting to run it this year, I just don't have time to myself. It seemed silly to post to the comm just to say, "Oh hai guys. Thanks for not making me want to pull my hair out over the Secret Santa last year. It was awesome compared to 2008. Sorry, but I can't do it this year. I'll send somebody the files and and html stuff from last year if they want to take up the torch."

It is kinda silly, especially if the slayers one is a hassle.

Yup. Well, running an online SS is a hassle in general honestly. A lot of work behind the scenes. But no, Slayers fandom actually behaved great last year. 2008 gave me some drama, but 2009 was fine.

How does the tutu one go, generally?

Well. But it's a lot of people and takes about 2 and a half months of background organizing from start to finish. Because of the sheer number of people involved, about 50+, we consistently have 5 to 10 people we're playing message tag with at the end trying to remind them to deliver gifts. Most off them come through, but there's always a few MIA. Pure statistics.

And hey, we can always do a mini secret santa on our friends list or something, but then again there's no great need for that.
